Terms of Use
First: Customer Registration
Customers must register for the adeebshop service before enjoying its features by providing the website with the customer’s name and an active Iraqi mobile number (to receive the password). The company does not accept any other method for subscribing to the service.
Second: Shopping
The adeebshop service allows the use of an electronic shopping cart after registration, where the customer can browse the goods displayed on the adeebshop website or application and add the desired items for purchase to the cart until the order is confirmed.
Third: Orders and Delivery
adeebshop company commits to delivering the purchases made by the customer within a maximum period of seven working days from the date of order confirmation. In case of obstacles beyond the company’s control, the company must notify the customer.
Fourth: Collection of Purchase Amount
adeebshop company collects the purchase amount from the customer upon delivery, and the customer must sign the order list upon payment.
Fifth: Customer Privacy and Confidentiality
adeebshop company pledges its credibility regarding customer information (name, mobile number, and governorate), and that this information will not be misused and will not be sold or given to any other party.
Sixth: Termination of Customer Account
adeebshop company has the right to terminate the customer’s account without prior notice, and resort to legal action (if necessary) in the following cases:
- Entering incorrect or misleading information by the customer during the registration process
- Customer’s refusal to pay the amount due for purchases
- Misuse of the service by the customer
- Discovery of hacking activities or abnormal activities
- Customer’s inappropriate participation on adeebshop’s social media pages
